Just a quickie update on the lovely process that is chemotherapy. Although my cancer doesn't appear to have spread beyond the breast (hurrah!), the doctors recommended that I have a standard course of chemo 'just in case'. So I had my first treatment last Thursday, (after a 4 hour wait, welcome to the joys of NHS Oncology), and by Friday afternoon, I was on another planet. Just beginning to come back to earth this afternoon, I actually managed to eat something today, OMG. The only good thing is thatI have already lost about 6lb, so that's something!.........
I actually looked into my craft room today, so hopefully I may feel like stirring up the dust in the not-too-distant future......
